I have been teaching yoga and meditation since 2006.  This course is the culmination of over 2 decades of study and practice around the globe with secret jungle healers, master teachers, doctors, and PhD researchers.  I've worked in academia, with mothers, children, the elderly, celebrities, and professional athletes.  Every moment and every opportunity requires a different toolbox.  

 As I attempt to share these ancient traditions and rituals, I pray those who participate will benefit as profoundly as I have.
